  目前在我國食用紅薯淀粉生產加工行業,因為缺少國家標準進行規范,不同企業所執行的行業標準也不盡相同,導致淀粉質量優劣差異較大,產品質量參差不齊。近年來更有一些不法商販為一己之利,對產品摻雜使假,以次充好,危害消費者的利益。如何去辨別紅薯淀粉的真偽,對于普通消費者來說是一個不小的難題。河南紅薯磨粉機廠家德豐機械根據多年對紅薯淀粉的研究,提供以下幾種簡單方法,幫您輕松識別紅薯淀粉的優劣:

  

  方法一:目測 ——用于(yu)直(zhi)觀(guan)識(shi)別淀(dian)粉中(zhong)雜質含量的高(gao)低(di)

  

  直觀視覺效果:紅薯淀粉色澤鮮亮(liang)而白(bai)凈,說明雜質(zhi)含量少,淀粉白(bai)度(du)高(gao),產品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)量好;反之,雜質(zhi)多,白(bai)度(du)低,品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)差。

  方(fang)法三:耳(er)聽 ——用于判斷(duan)淀粉中是否含有其他淀粉

  

  測試方法:用(yong)(yong)手搓(cuo)捏紅薯淀粉(fen),若(ruo)聽(ting)到“吱(zhi)吱(zhi)”的聲音,或直接(jie)用(yong)(yong)手指用(yong)(yong)力捻捏紅薯淀粉(fen),發出“吱(zhi)吱(zhi)”的聲音,則說明(ming)是純正(zheng)的紅薯淀粉(fen);若(ruo)在紅薯淀粉(fen)中摻滑石粉(fen)、小麥面粉(fen)、玉米面粉(fen)就聽(ting)不見(jian)響(xiang)聲或響(xiang)聲很(hen)輕微,此(ci)種方法需要有一(yi)定(ding)的淀粉(fen)辨別(bie)經驗才可行。

  

  方法四:堆粉看尖 ——此法由于判斷淀(dian)粉是(shi)否摻假

  

  判斷方法:用手把紅(hong)(hong)薯淀(dian)粉堆成圓錐(zhui)狀,看(kan)錐(zhui)尖(jian)(jian)的鈍圓程(cheng)度。純紅(hong)(hong)薯淀(dian)粉堆尖(jian)(jian)低而緩,摻(chan)假紅(hong)(hong)薯淀(dian)粉堆尖(jian)(jian)高而陡,此法用于錯略判斷淀(dian)粉質量的優(you)劣。

  測試方法(fa):取50克左(zuo)右(you)的紅薯(shu)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)粉,放在燒(shao)杯或透(tou)明(ming)玻璃容器內,加水(shui)180-200毫(hao)升攪(jiao)勻,再按一(yi)個(ge)方向攪(jiao)拌1min后,靜(jing)置5min,慢慢倒出(chu)紅薯(shu)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)粉乳,注(zhu)意觀(guan)看底層(ceng)有無泥(ni)沙(sha)或泥(ni)沙(sha)多少;然后再將紅薯(shu)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)粉乳置于無色透(tou)明(ming)玻璃杯或燒(shao)杯中沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)3小時(shi),觀(guan)察沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)情(qing)況:如(ru)(ru)果(guo)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)快、淀(dian)(dian)(dian)粉下(xia)沉(chen)(chen)整(zheng)齊,上(shang)層(ceng)水(shui)清、底層(ceng)無細沙(sha)則(ze)為優質(zhi)(zhi)紅薯(shu)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)粉;如(ru)(ru)果(guo)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)慢,上(shang)層(ceng)水(shui)較黃(huang),沙(sha)多,則(ze)為低質(zhi)(zhi)粉;如(ru)(ru)果(guo)摻有玉米粉、小麥粉等(deng),則(ze)在沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)不明(ming)顯(xian),上(shang)層(ceng)水(shui)渾濁。
